Any faulty or damaged products will be refunded if returned within 30 days if returned in their original packaging and unopened with the proof of purchase.
If you have any items you wish to return the items should be posted to 90 Woods Street, Darwin City, Northern Territory 0800, Australia with the proof of purchase, once received your refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email.
Unfortunately there are no refunds for change of mind purchases, we do try to be flexible and may be able to arrange an alternative so please contact us via phone or email.
Please note that refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products, not damaged packaging. We do try our best to package your items to keep them protected during transit however sometimes packaging may become damaged.
